All parish registration information is confidential and will only be used for the purpose of registering you and/or your family with the Saint Matthew Catholic Church Religious Education Programs. We do not and will not share your information with any other individuals or businesses. This is our pledge to you!
Simply download and print the required Registration form(s). Once you've completed the forms, please return it to the Parish Office. We look forward to getting to know you and serving you in the future.

Registration dates are Sunday, August 13th from 9am to 2pm in the Parish Center; Tuesday, August 15th & Wednesday, August 16th - LAST DAY TO REGISTER - from 4:30pm to 7:30pm in the Parish Office.
Youth Ministry/Confirmation - Grades 7th thru 12th
All students enrolled in any Faith Formation program at St. Matthew must attend weekend Mass & sign-in for Mass.
